All Ormolu products are professionally printed on recycled cardstock with soy inks in a wind powered facility and are hand assembled.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Ormolu accepts all payments through PayPal. You can pay through PayPal by credit card with or without a PayPal account. Money orders and personal checks are also accepted, however, orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared. Please contact us about paying by money order or check if this is your preferred method. Payments made with PayPal echeck will not ship until payment has cleared (4-6 business days).If you have any questions about payment please feel free to contact us.
How long until my order arrives?
Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 business days. We will notify you if your order has been delayed for any reason
What type of shipping services do you use?
Ormolu uses USPS first class or priority depending on package weight and size. Domestic orders include delivery confirmation and you will be notified when your package ships. Shipping costs are calculated by weight in the shopping cart. Most domestic orders ship between $2.75 & $5.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all international orders via USPS First Class International. Shipping times vary greatly for international orders so please be aware when placing your order it can take approximately 15 business days to receive your order.
What is your return/refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within a week of receiving your order.
Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes. It depends on the size of the order, product and time permitting. Most custom orders need to be fairly large for consideration. Feel free to contact me if you are interested.
How can I stay updated on new products?
Can you donate/sponsor my cause/crop/blog...etc.
I receive many requests for donations and unfortunately cannot do them all. Please contact me with information regarding the donation for consideration.
Will you license any of your digital designs for commercial use?
At this time I am only making products available for personal use. This is something that my change in the future though.
Can I use your items in my own creations to sell?
Depends. The digital items are for personal use only. My paper products may be used on products for sale provided you do not call them your own and credit the items to Ormolu in their description. Please contact me with any questions.
