DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Ormolu ships via United States Postal Service First Class and will include delivery confirmation. First Class packages take approximately 2-10 business days to arrive after shipped. Orders typically take about 2-3 days to process.
During the busy holiday season orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
Shipping prices are calculated by order totals and will be visible after entering your payment information on PayPal but prior to confirming your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
Shipping prices are calculated by order cost and will be visible after entering in address information through PayPal but prior to confirming your order.
International orders are difficult to estimate shipping costs due to bulk of items in packaging. If shipping charges are grossly overestimated for your order, there will be a refund to your account when your order is shipped.

International orders are mailed out once a week. International orders can take up to three weeks to arrive so please be aware when placing your order. USPS does not consider an international package lost until
Tracking and delivery confirmation for International First class is not available for packages shipped First Class Mail. Therefore, Ormolu is not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via First Class Mail. If you would like to upgrade shipping to Priority to receive tracking and delivery confirmation please contact us prior to ordering.
LOST PACKAGES
Ormolu is not responsible for packages that show delivery has occurred. Please contact your local Post Office for missing packages.
